1.0: we will not return unless they clean up their rooms

we have stayed at this motel 3 times, different rooms each time, the rooms are not clean, especially the carpets are ragged, there is lots of mold and mildew, rooms smells horrid of smoke, . they were all supposed to be non-smoking, there is also smells of animal urine, the front desk folks were ... gypsybjt, a user of Yahoo!
