Poor facility with poor amenities
Staff start the experience with apathy and indifference. Apart from that, they were not helpful. They have continental breakfast, however the food is left out all day between servings for the next day's meal. Building is in poor repair with ratted carpets and rusty doors. The room has frayed ... Nasty!!
Where should I start! I made reservations for a softball team and looked at the reviews and pictures on the internet. Everything looked nice, the rooms, pool and the restaurant. Worst hotel we ever stayed in!
