Front desk employee has very little compassion
Myself and 2 church friends (one was an elderly lady) went to visit family in Elizabethton. We stayed at the Americourt from Nov. 10-12, 2006. Registered using a credit card. Shortly after checking in...about 3pm.....we turned the heat on (non smoking room), and immediatly my allergies started giving me a fit.......face hurting and bad headache coming on....(the room had obviously been smoked in) I turned the ...
