On the lower end of "average
This is certainly adequate for an overnight stay. Our room, the "penthouse suite" wasn't all that clean. If we were hungry, we could have eaten the ritz bits we found under the ottoman in the living room. Good value, but not the best hotel ever by any means. The staff are rather disinterested and slow, I can confirm.
