We encountered major problems upon arrival to Hickory Mist. We were told that we didn't really have a reservation even though we had a confirmation number and had even called the same day of arrival. We had a wonderful experience at this cabin. Upon arrival the management had provided all of the groceries and show tickets we had requested prior to arrival.
