- I love staying here when I m in the tri cities on business, and there are many reasons why: staff is welcoming, friendly more on Tripadvisor
- coffee (one of those brew-by-the-cup jobs) was very good. Rooms are very clean, not brand-new but no discernable wear more on Tripadvisor
