Worth the money
Our basketball team stayed here for Nationals. The hotel was very inexpensive. It is not a Hilton, but you are not paying Hilton rates. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. This hotel needs a total update. Every piece of furniture was stained and old. There was a family of ducks living in the "swimming pool." The lights on the "lighted tennis courts" did not work. not a good experience
We were in kingsport for a basketball tournament. There were not many hotels available. Our team was assured by the Kingsport tourist commission that hotel would be fine. They were way off! Don't Stay Here!
I stayed here over the Bristol race weekend, and the whole experience was terrible. The hotel was completely run-down and dirty. Even though the weather was not warm, the out-door pool was green and had algae floating in it! Also, the hotel advertises that it has complimentary executive continent...
