Management concerned with cents over service.

While the slight amenities of the hotel met our needs, the staff here, although admittedly outwardly friendly, seemed, unfortunately, overly concerned with the minutiae of finances. Although we gave them a large amount of business for an extended time, their extreme consistent concern with small extra charges would keep us from returning or recommending this location to anyone else. For instance, we were charged $7.00 for the use of a credit card in order to cover the hotel's processing fee for Mastercard.
