This is one of the best places I've stayed in Knoxville or ever for that matter. The place was spotless, the service was great!! Not to mention the bed was very comfortable. Average - good value for money
Maybe I am to hash on the hotel because Knoxville was such a disappointment! The hotel was average with ok big size room and medium bathroom. We were going to stay three nigths but checked out after two because Knoxville is not really exciting. We also went to Dollywood - do yourself a favour and... pineappleeurope, a user of Tripadvisor. I liked everything about Cumberland House. Easy access to downtown and the University. So clean my white gloved grandmother would have loved it!
