I to was on the top floor but found it to be clean and quite, thge room was very clean and the people where very friendly. more on Yahoo! Travel

POOR: They placed us on the 4th floor when lower floors were available;the pool was closed the day we checked in (rain but no lightening), the hot tub had a gritty floor and pieces of crumbled cement; our in-room phone did not work, also no internet connection as promised, the air conditioner wasn't working well and upon leaving a bunch of water fell from the ceiling. more on Yahoo! (yes, I travel alot for work and faced with a choice this will be My place to stay again any time Im back in town).. more on Yahoo! Travel
