Aside from one less than helpful front desk clerk, hotel is excellent. Great location in heart of city, close enough to walk to Beale Street w/o the noise when you're ready for bed. Nice but some problems
Nicely furnished and decorated. Clean, many amenities, and a convenient location. CONS: No pool....the roof hot-tub was out of order during our stay, despite the check-in clerk pointing it out as an amenity we would enjoy...it had not just broke down; it was out for days.
