Upon checkin I was informed that I had gotten the last room. I had requested a non-smoking room. The one I got was smoking and the smell was disgusting. An experience!
The signage for The Drake states that it's where the Stars go. I seriously can't imagine that any stars with a rating highter then M actually stay here! The room we stayed in stunk of cigarettes. It was a horrible experience
This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. For starters, my friend and I went together, two women, and were given a room with a broken key swipe. My wife underwent a surgical procedure at Vanderbilt and as our trip could not be planned well in advance we were on a serious budget. We were about 3 KM from the hospital so we could take a taxi and about 2KM from downtown Nashville so we did not have to hire a car.
