Never Again !!!!!!!!!!!
My two biggest complaints were that you had to wait until 3pm to check in and that, in order to cancel, you had to give 72 hours notice.......
Both of these issues arose and made for an unenjoyable hotel experience.

The hotel offered a shuttle service for $10 to the Opryland Resort, but they only had one shuttle and it was often full or not on time during a very large conference. Friendly staff that caters to guests
Staff was friendly, knowledgable about the area, had great tips on what to see & how to get there, and did everything within their power to keep us happy. Affordable Price and Good Location
My husband and I went for a weekend trip without the kids to relax. We were looking for an affordable hotel that was clean, but did not need alot of ammenities.
