Upon arriving at this hotel, we noticed that it is not within minutes/walking distance of downtown like the website had mentioned. Poor service and poor elevator
I went with a group tour for four days. On the first night I was placed on the side next to the interstate highway with the sound reflecting off a rock face to my room. Dangerous Neighborhood
If you value your safety, do not stay at this hotel or at any hotel in this neighborhood. My recommendation is to get a room in Franklin or somewhere else just south of the city.
