Very disappointing. Room smelled like it had been wet. Thankfully we had air freshener with us. Carpets really needed replaced. Not sure if the smell was from the carpet or the air conditioner. Freundliches Personal, schöne Sicht nach vorne raus
Das Best Western Newport war ein wenig enttäuschend. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, alles hat funktioniert, aber man merkte dem Hotel sein Alter an und es hätte eine Renovierung mal wieder nötig gehabt. The location is close to 1-40 and ideal for trips to TN and NC. It is close to local tourist attractions. The hotel front desk personnel did an excellent job and had my room cooled down in advance.
