Lack of Concern for Guests

I stayed at the hotel for the first time July 17 - 20, 2007. I requested a nonsmoking suite, but given a smoking suite room 217. The room did not have cigarette odors so I did not request a different room. There was a hole in the door leading to the bedroom. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The Nightmare Vacation

Long story, please read: We stayed at Mountain Trace Inn for 4 or 5 years in a row because it was pretty clean and the location is convenient to alot of attractions. The vacation previous to our last stay at Mountain Trace I forgot my cell phone charger in the room. Realized when I got home and called. The person who answered the phone was rude and only let me give my room # and did not allow me to even give my name. She said we mailed it to you and hung up the phone. Well, I never received my charger. My fault. The last year we ever stayed there we arrived and spent the first day just resting from the trip.
