I made hotel reservation throuth a travel agent and was told to pick up tickets for dollywood at the hotel, the park opens at 10 am so I got to the hotel about 9 I started to tell the person at the front desk that I had reservations and I know check it wasn.t till 3 but I was told to pick up the tickets <well before I could even finish the man behind the desk started to rant and rave about people wanting to check in defore 3 I told him I knew that and I was there to pick up tickets without even looking u more on Travelocity.com

Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Perfect location. Parking lot had lots of lights for security. They could bleach the towels more often.
The beds are Extra, Extra firm, more like "Rock Hard".
