IT WAS THE WORSE STAY IN A HOTEL I HAVE EVER HAD THE ROOM SMELLED LIKE STALE URINE AND THEY NEVER OFFERED TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND THEY KNEW ABOUT IT AT THE FRONT DESK ALL THEY WHERE DOING WAS LETTING PEOPLE HAVE A DRINKING PARTY IN FRONT OF THE LOBBY OVER A WEEK AGO THE MANAGER SAID I WOULD GET ONE NIGHT REFUND WELL I STILL TO THIS DAY HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND AND THEIR SING IN ROOMS AND ON NET SAID 100% SATISFIED OR YOUR STAY WAS FREE WELL I THINK I SHOULD GET A FULL REFUND SINCE THEY DIDNT REFUND ME FOR more on Travelocity.com
