Nice hotel, but could improve on a few things like....

this is a nice hotel but, they could improve on a few amenities. On the positve, the room was clean and the staff was very nice. However. i was disappointed to find out that they did not have wireless access. Facilities Good, Service Not-So-Good

Stayed at this hotel for a quick weekend trip to see the lights at Dollywood. Only reason we stayed is they had two bedroom suites.
