Miserable

The young, foreign manager didn't understand a state tax exemption, so from the beginning, I had problems. Then, I was in an upstairs room. They are remodeling here. Great Night's Sleep!

We chose this hotel because of the great reviews here. We needed a place for the night while traveling to New Mexico. We found the staff to be incredibly helpful and friendly.
