Poor Customer Service Taints Stay

Our room reservation was made incorrectly. The error cost us an additional $20 per night that we were not expecting. Complimentary full breakfast!!

All the rooms have a full size fridge w/freezer on top and a microwave. We stayed in the standard room w/a king size bed (they have bigger rooms that have the bedroom separate from the living area but w/queen beds). I couldn't be happier with the hotel and staff. The reception I received at check in was genuinely friendly, the room was comfortable, clean and with a great Internet connection.
