2.0: Double charged me for one night

I booked one night online prepaying with my AMEX card. The night I got to LaCopa Inn Alamo the assistant told me the charge wasn't made so I had to pay with another VISA card. 2.0: non-attentive staff

This fairly new hotel had large rooms and comfortable beds. Check-in took 15 minutes. The rooms was dirty. Streaked mirrors, dirty shower tiles and tub.
