From the acrid odor of stale smoke that greets you as you enter the dingy lobby to the nauseating and oppressive deodorizer that assails you in your “non-smoking” room, the Extended stay Deluxe, northwest (research park) is a truly revolting experience! When a hotel chooses to describe its accommodations as large and upscale, you would expect, at least, cleanliness. My room was small and cramped. The floors were stained, ...
