airport shuttle a real plus

the airport shuttle provided by the hotel was a lifesaver, as my luggage didn't arrive with me. later in the evening the driver not only took me back to the airport to collect it, but came in and helped retreive the three pieces from the belt, loaded it into the van and unloaded ... pretty bad service for a little inn...

Stayed for a weekend for business in this cozy, friendly little hotel a mere 10 minutes from the Austin airport. Shuttle service is complimentary via Supershuttle, and the front desk is very courteous and helpful. Nicer than expected

We stayed at the Hampton Inn that is at the junction of the two highways last time we were in Austin (we have family there) and the airport Hampton is considerably nicer.
