Great hotel!

Stayed for 2 nights in a king near the butterfly garden. I have never seen so many butterflies! It was awesome. The grounds are excellent with a good mix of mature and new trees. Loved the pools, hot tub, and lazy river. 2 big fireplaces at night in the lobby. Plenty of activities and ... Bo94114, a user of Tripadvisor. Read full review on tripadvisor

Almost Perfect

My wife and I are about to check out of the Hyatt Lost Pines Resort. I am writing this review from my room, so it will not address how the check-out process went. In short, the resort is lovely. It's about one year old, and it is decorated in true Texas Hill County style. Everything you see is lovely, and the ... dcdude, a user of Tripadvisor. Read full review on tripadvisor

Good for conference, not a resort getaway

Good conference hotel. Nice lazy river. Great beach area for small kids. Walks from rooms to pool, everything is fine for most adults, but long for a family every time you want to get to the pool. Great Relaxing Weekend!

My husband and I spent a three day weekend here for our first year anniversary and loved it. (June 15-17th) We loved our hotel room- #1022- ask for that river side area for a quiet room that faces the river. The front desk told me another area to ask for is the lakeside (I think it was 1900 odds and 1700 evens). There are some rooms that face the parking lot so I would be sure to request not to have these rooms. We took our two small dogs. Our dogs loved it as well. They gave our dogs a doggie gift when we checked in with a tennis ball, chew toys, and poop bags. It cost $100 to bring your dogs. My husband played golf and I went along for the ride. Great course but very expensive. We played for half price at 3:00 and it is worth saving money to play at this time---still plenty of sunlight in the summer and it is cooler. The driving range is quaint with country music pipped through speakers and ... charliedog123, a user of Tripadvisor. Read full review on tripadvisor

Memorial Day Stay - Relaxing but Expensive

My husband and I (no kids) stayed at this hotel over Memorial Day weekend. We were looking for a romantic relaxing get away for the weekend that is close to Houston. We were expecting a lot of family and kids so the crowds did not bother us at all. Rooms: We requested and stayed in the top ... JeffAngie, a user of Tripadvisor. Read full review on tripadvisor
