My worst hotel experience.
My boyfriend and I booked a room online for four nights at this hotel in January. Immediately after booking, we called the hotel to confirm that our booking had gone through and a woman assured us that it had. 2 months later, we arrive in Buda-- only to be told by "Mike" that the hotel was full and that there was no record of our reservation!
