... THE MATTRESS AND PILLOWS WERE STAINED AND OLD. DUST WAS HANGING IN CLUMPS ON WALLS, LAMP SHADES, ETC., CARPET WAS UNIMAGINABLEY FILTHY, NO ELEVATOR, WE WENT OUT AND BOUGHT NEW PILLOWS, AND CLEANING SUPPLIES. COULD NOT CANCEL UPON SEEING ...
