Bugs, dirt, terrible service

I would never stay or recommend this hotel. The manager is not taking care of the place. There are bugs and dirt everywhere. The AC's are often broke. We stayed one night during the renaissance festival taking place in Plantersville. First off, we were upgraded for free to a suite since the regular room we reserved was unavailable.
