A regular weekend getaway

I love the beach, but am accustomed to the east coast. Since moving to Texas, I still feel the need to be by the water but hate Texas beaches. The Omni gives me my fix. Not perfect but pretty nice
My wife and I just came back from Corpus Christi TX staying 9/13-9/16/07 @ the Omni Bayfront. Our experience was certainly above average for this area.
