Smelled like cat urine
First room smelled like a giant kitty box, stains on furniture and rugs. Second room somewhat cleaner, but still roaches at night, cable was clearly a pirated system, and curtains didn't darken the room which was reading-light all night. Best value on the beach!
The million dollar view is the reason to stay. I suggest staying in the beach front rooms. They are larger and not much more in price. You can hear the waves crashing against the beach. Horrible Vacation
We stayed in one of the condos owed by "Texas Coastal Vacations". When we arrived, we were told by Rick Bennett (condo owner) that he wasn't available to let us in for 2 or 3 more hours.
