The hotel concierge was very accommodating and helpful considering that Travelocity never sent them our reservation and we didn't have a room reserved when we arrived as we should have. They had poor rooms, urine stained covers, and the A/C did not work right. It was peeling under the sink. There was no speaker phone in the rooms like the web site says.
