Beautiful B&B but...

I agree that the 1816 Inn is a beautiful B&B in a wonderful location. My only gripe, and this is a small one in the scheme of things, is that a continental breakfast is only served during the week. Christmas/Dickens Delight

A friend and I have made the Inn at 1816 Postoffice in Galveston an annual trip to get our Christmas season off to the best start possible! Taken Back in Time

What a wonderful way to go back in time...we loved all the memorabilia, the history of the inn (and of Galveston), the wonderful way it is decorated (it seems everything is antique), the fantastic breakfasts we had, and the stories we heard and read while there!! not impressed

This was my third experience with a bed and breakfast, and I was not impressed with the inn at 1816 postoffice. While the house was nice, the hospitality was non-existant.
