- they had no reservation. i BEAT THEM DOWN TO THE "AGREED PRICE " ON TNE ROOM, then we hated the room, so we asked to leave. The receptionist said we'd ... more on Yahoo! Travel
- I like the staff(the front desk help) they were very helpful..although the maintance services/maids ended after 4pm... i felt the desk helped as much as they could...they were courtious. This hotel is VERY well kept and has changed managment ... more on Yahoo! Travel
