Just a few blocks from Minute Maid

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone. We were guests there Friday evening and the hotel was very nice (even though the air conditioner didn't work properly and the room never did get cold) but when we checked out we were charged for two nights. I have been given the run around since Saturday about the overcharge.
