They hadn't co-ordinated with the airport recorded telephone message system for shuttles, making it very difficult to contact the hotel. I would have cancelled on arrival but the fiasco with the bus made me too late, by 40minutes!! They would accept no responsibility and the manager wouldn't talk... Bean-around, a user of Tripadvisor.
