BAD experience

Several years back my boss reserved the Captains Quarters for my husband and I as a gift. We were so excited to have a weekend away. UNFORTUNATELY, it was HORRIBLE. Rude over the phone

The owner was very rude over the phone. When I called to set up an arrival time (as she had requested), she was very rude and spoke to me as if she expected me to know her procedure despite the fact that is was not posted on the website. Traveler Beware

I found the owner Patterson rude and obnoxious, and this was when I was making my reservations and cancelling my reservations. Her cancellation policy was inaccurate. Horrible owner !!!!

My wife and I stumbled onto the Capitan's Quarters recently. As we were looking for a B&B to send my parents for a weekend get-away, we decided to stop in, look around and speak with the owner.
