I left Houston because of hurricane Rita. On the way home from Austin I needed a place to stay at 3am. I checked in and check out was at 11am. At 7:30am the fire alarm kept going off. Management refused to do anything about this or give me a refund. I was forced to leave and drive out on the road... more on Yahoo! Travel

The walkways were dirty and the outside trash cans smelled from 5 feet away. There was a mouse in our room one night. The toilet paper holder kept coming out of the wall. The towels were shabby and torn, but thankfully not stained. The coffee in the lobby was late at least 1/2 hour each morning. ... more on TripAdvisor
