i can't say enough good things about the mgr, Kitty, she IS customer service to the max, the house keeping staff are awesome also, it's great to come home from a hard day's work & notice they've come in to clean, & they use something smells wonderful...keep up the GREAT work MISS KITTY... more on Yahoo!
