i can't say enough good things about the mgr, Kitty, she IS customer service to the max, the house keeping staff are awesome also, it's great to come home from a hard day's work & notice they've come in to clean, & they use something smells wonderful...keep up the GREAT work MISS ... Not Customers but prisoners

They keep the windows screwed shut although the fire department has told them its not legal. You are treated like the scum of the earth. I worked over nights and stayed there for a few months. Fear and Horrible Treatment In Lewisville

I recently stayed at the lewisville location. When my daughter & I checked in everything was fine until later that night. We found that our door did not lock.
