The Lake Livingston Inn is in need of updating. The drywall in the room was peeling, the light in the bathroom didn't work, the floor was very dirty (we wore shoes entire time in room)and the mattress was SEVERLY uncomfortable. The pics of this place are deceiving. We arrived, were told the restaurant/cafe had been closed for 2 yrs but the sign company hasn't taken the signs down and got our room. Our room smelled weird. We booked the Lake Livingston inn because the web-site photos were good and we didn't have a whole lot of choice.
