Although the staff was helpful and accomodating the hotel was lacking in many ways. more on Yahoo! Travel

Not all the staff was unfriendly but I believe it's unacceptable for hotel staff to go in people's rooms and snoop around your room looking for ironing boards and irons while you are out of your room with the do not disturb sign up. more on Yahoo! Travel
