Bad Customer Experience
Wedding - group of 51 - Unable to understand the reps - Reservations were wrong (1 night instead of 2, King bed instead of double queen, etc...) - Unable to keep room for 2nd night as reserved - Customer reps non-friendly - As we tried to rectify issues, unable to understand what they are saying ... The rooms were comfortable and clean as well as stylish. The continental breakfast is way better than most other places and has a ton of variety. Too expensive for bad service
We stayed in town for a reunion and a few of stayed at each of the three major hotels in town depending on their prices. We stayed at best western as money is not as much of an issue for us. In June 2005, my kids and I stayed three nights at the brand new Tropic Inn, on Highway 77 in Robstown. It was a treat to stay at a hotel that was fresh, clean, modern and well-appointed.
