1.0: Roaches Inn & Suites

I reserved 3 rooms at this Inn. When I made the reservations I told them I wanted all the rooms together and on ground floor. I told them that 2 couples would be traveling together so we needed the rooms together because of the luggage. They promised me I would have them together. Well when we arrived at the motel that wasn't what we got. Each room was on different sides of the buildings. They told us they were booked full and couldn't do anything about it.
