We wanted to experience the Final 4 fun and excitement-TOO far away from all the happenings, only has a river view (that is just it-we can see the river), no access to the balcony (closed) from ANY of the rooms in this hotel-paid outragoeous price for river view-will not be returning to this hotel-prefer hotels that are much closer to the MAIN riverwalk atmosphere more on Yahoo! Travel
