Loud and Obnoxious

... has a pool. The hotel does NOT have sound-proof windows. Pool-side rooms (mine was 5 floors up) can hear very clearly each and every splash, shout, scream, "Marco....Polo" yelled by the various guests whose have no manners or consideration ...
