We had to get our own towels every day, seems that we had to make an appointment to have our room cleaned, bed made, etc. We think a little more effort should be made to give the customers better service. more on Yahoo! Travel

The staff is helpful in arranging the most useful configuration of amenities, such as kitchenettes or adjoining rooms as needed and the price is reasonable. more on TravelPost.com
