1.0: Awful quality

This is not what to expect of a 4 star resort. From the service to the rooms, the quality was very poor. The bell man "lost" our luggage. We had to wait 2 hours before they found our luggage in another person's room. We were upset but didn't complain and they were happy with that. They didn't off... Public areas, pools, golf, spa, gym all great. Beautiful hotel. The staff is wonderfully responsive, friendly & competent. Lots of families with kids of all ages. while travelling to San Antonio with my family we looked for a family resort and decided beforehand on the Westin La Canterra. While it bills itself as a family resort, it was not worth the extra expense.
