This hotel must do most of its business through third party sites that require nonrefudable pre-payments. If I had not pre-paid, the stench in the front office would have turned me away immediately. Having never stayed at America's Best Value Inn before, I was hoping for the best. There appeared to be limited hotel vacancies in this little town due to football games that weekend.
