Zero response to complaints!
My fiancee and I stayed here 7/7-7/13/05. We were kept awake all night by loud obnoxious party goers staying in the rooms around us. After our stay I wrote to the hotel management and Radisson corporate customer service and recieved ZERO feedback.

Waterfall pool
I have a friend who is a Manager and he lets me swim at the pool anytime I want. It's pretty nice, two big pools with an outside bar and grill. The hotel bar is pretty great with the music and all.
