Exactly What I was expecting

Light of the town

Clean and Convenient

... very convenient location right off the Mile 9 exit on the expressway. There are many places to eat right near the hotel including a brand new IHOP and Whataburger. The rooms are very clean. ... not be the nicest in the area. In fact, I know you can drive into McAllen and stay at other similar properties and get newer, upgraded rooms. However, you will also pay $20-$30 more per night.
