very comfortable place
Having stayed at the Peruvian and Snowpine in the past, this was our first experience at Goldminer's. Overall, it was great. The major plusses are the generous sized rooms with plenty of space to hang and store gear, the easy easy access to the lifts, and the very friendly attitude of management.... I spent a week at Alta in March which was fantastic, once again. Each year we stay at the Goldminer's Daughter Lodge, which has been improving every year that we stay. Great skiing, comfortable lodging.
We had a fantastic time staying at the Goldminer's Daughter Lodge. I couldn't believe how great the skiing was and how close the lift was to the lodge! The rooms are comfortable, the food is great, massages are excellent, and everyone is so friendly. I am looking forward to returning this year to... ski_it, a user of Tripadvisor. Warning! - Overvalued and Overrated
We visited Alta Ski Resort for Spring Break (3/6-3/10). We stayed at the Goldminer's Daughter at the base of the Collins lift. The hotel is extremely overpriced for the caliber of accommodation.
