La Awful! We arrived after 11:00pm to find our request for a ground floor queen room had not been honored. When we got to our room, the room keys didn't work. My family and I rented 2 rooms on 9/23/06. The rooms were dingy and dirty, towels were ratty and scarce (1 hand towel per room), and the mattresses and pillows were hard as bricks.
